Data and privacy requests
To ask about information associated with your Rumbo conversation, email hola@rumboauto.com.
What you may request
- access to information, where applicable;
- correction of inaccurate information, where applicable;
- deletion of information; or
- a stop to further Rumbo messaging.
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant Rumbo interaction. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will review requests under applicable law and may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or recordkeeping obligations.
For a messaging opt-out, you may also reply STOP or tell us you no longer want messages. Rumbo will treat a clear request as an opt-out from further automated messages unless you later complete an approved resumption process.
