Information We Handle
When you contact Rumbo, we may handle information you choose to provide, including:
- your name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method;
- messages and conversation history;
- vehicle interests and preferences;
- customer-stated readiness information, such as planned down payment, payment preference, timing, or co-buyer availability;
- source or advertising attribution where available; and
- conversation, handoff, and service records.
How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to your request, continue your conversation, help identify appropriate next steps, coordinate follow-up, and operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluate the pilot.
Rumbo is not a lender and does not make credit approvals or financing decisions through ordinary conversation.
Sharing With M&C Auto Finance
When you ask for automotive assistance or a dealer next step, Rumbo may share relevant information with M&C Auto Finance so its team can assist with your request. This may include your contact information, vehicle interest, customer-stated preferences, and a concise conversation summary.
M&C Auto Finance is responsible for its dealership, inventory, pricing, financing, retail transaction, title, and registration activities.
Service Providers and AI Assistance
Rumbo may use service providers to operate and secure the service. Rumbo may use AI-assisted tools under business-defined controls to help understand and respond to customer conversations. A human may review or take over a conversation where appropriate.
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other highly sensitive financial information through ordinary chat.
Messaging Choices
You may ask Rumbo to stop messaging you at any time. Reply STOP or tell us you no longer want messages. We will honor applicable opt-out requests.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable access controls designed to protect information. We retain information only as reasonably needed for the pilot, customer support, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations.
